Trinity Inc. ("Trinity") provides, in Okinawa and other East Asian regions, management and turnaround services to "labor intensive service" companies such as hotels, airlines, restaurant chains and others. Trinity is established on February 3, 2006 by Kotaro Higuchi and Noriko Suekane who serve as a representative director/president and a director respectively. The website is consisted of five main sections: "Company Profile", "Trinity's Management of Love", "Business Strategy", "Investment Operation" and "Trinity Updated". Especially, "Trinity Updated" is a frequently visited weblog section written by Trinity members. Trinity's unique management philosophy and related theories and debates are listed and frequently updated. All the files uploaded at each section are also downloaded in PDF format by clicking the icons listed on left hand side.
Trinity's management philosophy is boiled down to three points: "Love is the most powerful business resources that are scientifically applicable in capitalistic environment.", "What management see in business, such as what is company? what is asset? and what is business? determines the reality of their business and its environments." "The most effective management action that a manager/leader can take is for himself to change". In order to pursue these management philosophy, Trinity holds a corporate mission, the principal for action and the sole purpose: "What would love do, now?"
